USPA NEWS - Pledges Comprehensive Healthcare Access For All

Free health checkups and ongoing support ensured in ambitious 45-day initiative to prioritize public health
In a laudable effort to prioritize the health and wellbeing of every citizen, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated the ambitious Jagananna Health Protection Program at his camp office in Tadepalli on Friday. The program, named "Jagananna Arogya Suraksha," sets out to screen every village and household, providing free health checkups for each individual and ensuring continued support until they are cured.

Addressing on this momentous occasion, CM Jagan emphasized the inclusive nature of the initiative, stating that participation extends from the village level to the district collector. As part of the comprehensive plan, village clinics have been established in 10,032 secretariats, with the goal of making healthcare accessible to even the most remote areas. To further bolster healthcare facilities, two doctors will be stationed at each Primary Health Center (PHC).
"We are committed to sifting through every village and every house, leaving no one behind in our mission for a healthier society. Free health checkups will be conducted for everyone, addressing health concerns promptly and efficiently," said CM Jagan.

Taking a proactive step to enhance emergency healthcare services, the Chief Minister directed the provision of ambulances in every PHC, ensuring swift medical assistance. He also outlined a strategic plan wherein if one doctor is present at the PHC, another will be going to villages in an ambulance, further augmenting healthcare accessibility.
The Jagananna Health Protection Program is set to span 45 days, illustrating the government's dedication to fostering a culture of health and wellness. With a focus on proactive healthcare, early detection, and ongoing support, this initiative holds the promise of positively impacting the lives of countless individuals across the state, setting a benchmark for public health initiatives.
